Studio Policies, Terms, and Conditions
Welcome to The Creative Lounge Inc. We are committed to providing a professional, safe, and creative environment for all of our clients and members. By booking our services or renting our space, you agree to comply with the following policies, terms, and conditions.
Studio Use and Rental Policy
Bookings
All bookings require advance reservation and payment to secure the date and time. Bookings can be made online or by contacting us directly.
Check-In/Check-Out
Clients and members must adhere strictly to their reserved time slots. Early arrivals or late departures will result in additional charges. A fee of $15 per 10-minute increment will be applied for any time overages.
Setup and Cleanup
Your booked time includes setup and cleanup. Please plan accordingly to avoid overtime charges. Leave the space as you found it, with all equipment and props in their designated places.
Payments, Fees, and Cancellations
Payments
Full payment is required at the time of booking. To secure your date, please complete payment on your invoice within 2 hours; otherwise, the date will be released. Must Payments can be made via e-transfer to thecreativeloungewpg@gmail.com
Security Deposits
A security deposit may be required for certain bookings or high-value equipment rentals. Deposits are refundable upon inspection of the studio after use.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking fee. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled start time will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be issued.
Studio Etiquette and Conduct
Family-Friendly Environment, Boudoir & Prohibited Content Policy
The Creative Lounge Inc. is a family-friendly studio intended for professional, artistic, and commercial use.
Boudoir Photography
The Creative Lounge Inc. permits boudoir photography that is artistic, tasteful, and non-explicit in nature. Boudoir is defined as photography intended for personal confidence, editorial, branding, or private client use, and may include:
Lingerie
Implied nudity
Partially covered subjects
All boudoir sessions must remain respectful, non-graphic, and compliant with studio standards.
Strictly Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited within the studio:
Pornographic or sexually explicit material
Depiction or simulation of sexual acts of any kind
Content intended primarily for sexual arousal or for commercial adult platforms (including but not limited to subscription-based adult content websites)
Fetish content, including but not limited to BDSM acts, explicit sexual roleplay, or the use of sexual devices intended for sexual activity
Graphic or explicit nudity involving sexual conduct
Enforcement & Discretion
The Creative Lounge Inc. reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether any booking, activity, or production complies with this policy. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the booking without refund, and forfeiture of any applicable security deposit.
Pet-Friendly Policy
We welcome pets! However, please ensure pets are kept off all furniture and equipment. Any mess or damage caused by pets may incur a cleaning or repair fee. Owners are responsible for their pets' behaviour and should ensure they are supervised at all times.
No Outside Shoes in the Main Studio
To maintain a clean and comfortable space, outside shoes are not allowed in the main studio area. We encourage clients and guests to bring a second pair of clean indoor shoes to wear in the studio.
Respect for Property
Clients and members are responsible for the proper use of all studio equipment, furniture, and props. Any damage to the studio or its property will be charged to the responsible party.
Prohibited Activities
Smoking, illegal substances, and the use of open flames are prohibited inside the studio. Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the booking without a refund.
Noise Levels
To respect our neighboring businesses, we ask that noise be kept to a moderate level. Excessive noise may lead to termination of your booking.
Cleanliness
Please dispose of all trash in the provided bins and leave the studio in a clean and tidy condition. A cleaning fee may apply if the studio requires extra cleaning after your booking.
Photography and Videography Services
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary permissions from all individuals and property owners featured in their photos or videos.
Intellectual Property
All photos, videos, and content created in the studio are owned by the creator unless otherwise agreed upon. The Creative Lounge may request permission to share content for promotional purposes.
Model Releases
It is the client's responsibility to obtain and store signed model release forms for all models photographed within the studio.
Liability and Indemnity
Injury and Damage
The Creative Lounge is not liable for any personal injuries, loss, or damages to any property or persons during your time at the studio.
Client Responsibility
Clients and members assume all responsibility for the actions of themselves and their guests while in the studio. Any damages to the studio or its equipment must be reported immediately, and repair costs will be billed to the responsible party.
Membership Terms
Membership Duration
Memberships are available in quarterly plans and grant limited hours of use within a defined timeframe. Unused hours do not roll over to the next period.
Access to Space
Members may access the studio during operating hours based on their plan limits. Access outside of these hours requires prior approval and may incur additional fees.
Termination
The Creative Lounge Inc. reserves the right to terminate memberships without refund if members violate studio policies.
Privacy Policy
Data Collection
We respect your privacy and only collect data necessary to provide our services. Your data is securely stored and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Photography Release
By booking with The Creative Lounge Inc. you agree that we may use photos or videos of the studio space, which may include you or your guests, for promotional purposes. Please notify us if you prefer not to be included.
Amendments
The Creative Lounge Inc. reserves the right to amend these policies, terms, and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and clients are responsible for reviewing these terms prior to booking.
Security Camera
To ensure the safety and security of all clients, renters, and property, The Creative Lounge Inc. is equipped with security cameras in common areas, including the lobby and studio. These cameras are in operation 24/7 and are monitored to maintain a safe environment for all users of the space.
Footage from these cameras is used solely for security purposes and is stored securely. By using our facilities, you acknowledge and consent to the presence of security cameras in these areas. If you have any concerns or questions about this policy, please contact us prior to your booking.
